File this one under “mental health”—Krispy Kreme wants Americans to celebrate their “doughmocracy” this election day by giving away a free doughnut and a “I Voted sticker on Election Day 3 Nov. 2020.
Krispy Kreme is not requiring any kind of proof of voting to participate. They are hoping to draw large crowds from those who are out and about on election day by offering up a free, Original Glazed doughnut.
They also stated that for those who didn’t get their “I Voted” sticker because they voted early or by mail that the company has people covered there too.
This would not be the first time the famous doughnut maker Krispy Kreme has given away doughnuts to mark a special occasion. Earlier in 2020, they gave out the so-called “Graduate Dozen” boxes to any high school or college senior who had a graduation canceled due to Covid-19 restrictions.
