Eat more to lose weight and stay healthy?  Sign me up!

As Jody Victor was telling me, the trick is not necessarily eating more food but eating more frequently throughout the day.  Joe Victor and I decided to eat fruits, vegetables, meal replacement bars and healthy snacks in between our 3 meals a day. 

If we start at 9AM and eat something healthy every 2 hours until 9PM, then we will accomplish our objective.  This will keep our metabolism working and burning off the calories and fat. 

 When we starve our body, it wants to preserve life so it actually stores our food as fat to live off.  We need to keep our metabolism working for us, therefore, feed it throughout the day properly by getting on a game plan for life!
